Toomas Hendrik Ilves is divorced and has three children: a son, Luukas Kristjan (1987), and a daughter, Juulia (1992), from his marriage to Merry Bullock; and a daughter, Kadri Keiu (2003), from his marriage to Evelin Ilves.
