President of the Republic's Cultural Foundation is a foundation established on the initiative of the President of the Republic in 1993, aggregating financial donations of private individuals, enterprises, organisations and unions for the purpose of supporting cultural, educational and research activities in Estonia.

The activities of the Cultural Foundation are planned and managed by the Board, day-to-day work is organised by the Head.

President of the Republic's Cultural Foundation grants President of the Republic's Folklore Collection Awards, as well as the Young Scientist Award and the Young Cultural Figure Award financed by Toomas Luman, as well as Education Awards financed by Sampo bank.

The Foundation also traditionally supports the competition of historical research for schoolchildren, organised in co-operation of the Estonian History Teachers' Society of and the Körber Foundation in Germany, as well as other creative arts competitions to which President of the Republic is patron.
