Application for miniature/rosette badge

In addition to the decoration bestowed upon them, the bearer of a decoration has the right to apply for a miniature of the decoration and an additional rosette badge. The application (along with a document certifying payment of the state fee or a copy of the document) is submitted to the Office of the President of the Republic. Before submission of the application the state fee must be paid in the amount specified in the State Fees Act.

The Office of the President of the Republic makes the decision concerning satisfaction of the application within 30 days after the receipt of the application and issues the decoration applied for to the bearer within a reasonable period.

State fees:
1) miniature – 38,34 EUR (600 kroons);
2) rosette badge – 12,78 EUR (200 kroons).

Upon payment of the state fee, specify the Ministry of Finance (Rahandusministeerium) as the recipient.
The state fee must be paid to a/c 10220034796011 in SEB (IBAN - EE 89 1010220034796011, BIC EEUHEE2X ) or a/c 221023778606 in Swedbank (IBAN EE 93 2200221023778606, BIC HABAEE2X).
The reference number of the payment is 2900080584.
Write the name of the applicant (bearer of the decoration) in the payment description field.
